Size Guide

We measure sticks from the top of the shaft to the bottom of the heel.
As a guide the stick should be between your chin and nose when on skates.
What flex do you need? Look at a stick with a flex rating that is half of your body weight. For example, if you are 140 pounds, a good place to start would be with a 70 flex stick.
