Please be aware:

• If a product in your order is oversize then your entire order will be shipped via our oversize courier.
• The delivery time frame indicated starts from the day that your order is collected from us by the courier.
• On occasion we may need to change the delivery service if the parcel is too big for the service you chose at checkout
